Description

A discussion with Carter Farms, Africulture, Aramark, University of Virginia, Common Market (and another georgia based institution) about our unique collaboration to diversify the produce and protein supply chain at the University of Virginia and other universities. We share our challenges, hurdles, successes and relationship building needed to increase the spend with socially disadvantaged farmers in the region by 3 fold. Also serves to educate and empower those who work in institutions, about how they can change the system from the inside.
