Beth Spratt is a proud graduate of the University of Florida. She began working on Farm to School in January of 2015 in Florida and then moved to Alabama in April of 2020 where she continued her Farm to School work. She has worked on all aspects of Farm to School and currently manages Alabama’s Farm to School incentive program and the USDA Local Food for Schools Grant.
