Description
Agriculture has long been villified as one of the key contributors to greenhouse gas emissions. But organic farmers are stewards of one of the most powerful climate change mitigation tools in existence, and we are all right on top of it: the soil. In fact, eight of the top 20 carbon Drawdown technologies involve agriculture and the very practices farmers use to provide healthy and delicious foods. Learn which production practices are considered to be the best solutions for fighting, and potentially reversing, human-induced climate change, and which policies should be changed to quicken adaptation of these practices.
