Collaborating to Change Food Systems in South Georgia
Description
This session will describe efforts to forge connections and create partnership between statewide nonprofits and community-driven efforts to change food systems, particularly in South Georgia. Using a research-based model developed by Case Western University to focus particularly on mobilizing community-driven food systems change, presenters will describe the work to-date, present a model for action, and invite participants to participate in the work happening in South Georgia and replicate it as applicable.
