Philip works as a Grazing Specialist with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). He has worked for NRCS since 2008. He assists livestock producers and other NRCS personnel with the design and implementation of grazing management plans. His background is in grazing management, wildlife management, and watershed assessment. He is a graduate of Georgia College and the UGA Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources.
