Jose Pagan is the District Conservationist for the Monroe field office, serving Walton, Barrow, Oconee, and Clarke counties, promoting natural resources conservation activities throughout the four county field office area. By creating partnerships between private landowners, Soil & Water Conservation Districts and other conservation advocates, Jose helps to create conditions that favor a healthy environment and its sustainable development.
