Lindsey Sorah is a first generation farmer who specializes in cut flower production. Her farm, Hearts of Harvest Farm, is in its 5th season and has grown to 12 acres of production for the coming season (1.5 of which is cut flowers.) She has grown her flower production from just a few beds to an acre in a half this past season.
