I’m on the horticulture faculty for the university of Georgia and serve as a fruit and vegetable specialist. I have been with the university for 36 years. I primarily work with consumers and small vegetable operations, including organic farms. I also have certification as an organic inspector in the state of Georgia. I live and operate a small farm in middle Georgia where we sell a small amount of beef and vegetables.
