After years of practicing landscape architecture, Chris moved into the agriculture field. After farming for a few seasons and helping farmers design their farms, he began his work at the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy in Asheville, NC. Over the past 10 years he has manged a stream restoration project, beginning farmer incubator program, educational programs, forest and agroforestry projects and facilities. The most recent project is a 12-acre silvopasture project which he will be speaking about.
