Paul is a co-owner of Hearts of Harvest Farm in Arnoldsville, GA where he, his wife, and their business partner produce Certified Naturally Grown diversified fruits and vegetables along with cut flowers. Since beginning the farm in 2018, crop production has grown from a 1/2 acre into 25 acres annually. In 2024, Paul joined Georgia Organics as the Climate Smart Specialist on the Farmer Services team to partner with the Rodale Institue's Southern Piedmont Climate Smart Project.
