De’Anthony Price is an Agronomist specializing in organic and regenerative crop production, farmer education, and science communication. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, he has a deep understanding of the importance of food production and environmental stewardship. Currently, De’Anthony serves as the Southeast Organic Consultant for Rodale Institute. In this role, he provides technical assistance to both current and transitioning organic farmers, focusing on organic agronomy and certification support. De’Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communication from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, where he focused on supporting Black farmers in the Southeast. He furthered his studies at Alabama A&M University, earning a Master of Science in Plant and Soil Science, Agronomy, in 2022. His research concentrated on nutrient management in sustainable and organic crop production, particularly ethnic vegetables, medicinal plants, and specialty cropping systems.
