Cody has spent more than 15 years developing market opportunities and supply chains to support regenerative livestock farmers. He and his wife Andrea Todt, both first-generation farmers, founded Falling Sky Farm in 2006. Falling Sky Farm is a 400-acre diversified, regenerative livestock farm located in the Arkansas Ozarks. In 2014 Falling Sky Farm was one of the founding farms of Grass Roots Farmers Co-op. The cooperative, in partnership with Cypress Valley Meat Company, has grown to provide market opportunities for more than 50 farms and supply chain development that has benefited hundreds more.

The Grass Roots business model combines multi-farm ownership, farm-to-fork supply chain development, and a regenerative national brand focused on creating dependable and premium revenue opportunities for our farmer stakeholders. Under Cody's leadership as CEO, Grass Roots achieved several major milestones: launching a direct-to-consumer, securing funding to build and support it’s farmer network, investing over $15 million in farmer purchases, acquiring equity in a red meat processing facility, and spearheading the development of the region's leading poultry processing operation.
