Shannon has been in her role with Quality Care for Children for 26 years consulting with other consultants, centers, and family homes teaching the rules and regulations of CACFP, proper nutrition, local procurement, and farm to early care and education. She is both CMP and CCNP certified. Shannon previously owned and operated Holbrookâs Home Daycare for ten years. Gardening is an everyday passion that she loves sharing with others.
