Marguerite McClintock is a self educated organic farmer by trade. Her background in Finance and Marketing from UW-Madison eons ago are the building blocks for her urban organic educational farm in Huntsville, AL. In 2013, she took the plunge and took her hobby for healthy soil and plant systems into organic certification. A couple years later, her son, Robert convinced her to get honeybees after a pollinator class at Auburn. Now they share their passion for healthy honey bees managed for treatment free options through educational programs, mentoring and the annual Alabama Honey Festival (in October)

Currently, the farm is home to over 39 sheep, several hundred heritage Orpington chickens, 50 - 100 hives and more crazy projects than she'd like to admit. She serves as a mentor for FOG organic program, Organic advisor, Inseminates and breeds honey bee queens and serves on the board for ASAN and the outgoing president for Gulf Coast Sheep Breeders Association.
