Aaron Suko has co-managed Full Earth Farm, a Certified Naturally Grown vegetable farm in Quincy, FL with Katie Harris, since 2009. He was first exposed to growing and cooking fresh vegetables on summer visits to his grandmother's in western PA. Growing, cooking, and sharing good food with friends, family, and the community are a lifelong passion for him. Aaron sees better organization on the farm as critical for farm longevity, but also as a means to free up time and energy for off-farm pursuits such as pizza parties with friends and family, endurance cycling, and running.
