Nicole is Biomedical Engineering undergraduate student at Georgia Tech, and one of the leaders of Students Organizing for Sustainability and the Urban Agriculture project. She will graduate soon, and plans to pursue a PhD in Biomedical Engineering looking at how eating is processed by the brain.
