Courtney Harrison has been a Health Educator with HealthMPowers for two years now and has been working in early childhood care and education as an educator and administrator for ten years. Much of this time has been spent working with her sites to establish thriving on-site gardens and educating children and other educators not only about the health benefits of offering and trying a diverse diet of vegetables and fruits, but of the curriculum enhancing and promoting the holistic benefits of implementing a Farm to ECE program at their school, childcare center, or family home.
