Erin is the CEO and co-founder of Small Bites Adventure Club, a subscription service for teachers that helps children discover, love and eat their vegetables and fruits through hands-on cooking. Since 2019, Small Bites Adventure Club has reached over 450 programs including childcare, after school and K-2nd grade classrooms across the Southeast.

Erin holds a Masters in Community Development and Applied Economics from the University of Vermont, and has spent her career building and scaling food systems and education programs.
