This session will walk attendees through the steps needed to prepare their business for bringing on an investor or approaching a lender. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of what clean financials look like, how to build a 3+ Year Pro Forma with supporting documents, how to network with potential investors and lenders and finally, how to manage financials moving forward as well as how to manage communications between the business and the investor/ lender.
