During this hands-on workshop taught by horticultural therapist Amy Price, participants will engage in plant grounded activities to deepen their connection to nature and themselves. These activities are great for anyone engaging others towards connection with plants and nature and can be applied across a variety of settings from educational, to mental health to aging, etc. Be prepared to bring a sense of wonder and curiosity!
